Recommendations for eateries that are good for Veggies

ooo yeah planet india! The bhel puri starter (i think that's what it's called) is unbelievable. It just has everything - sweet, sour, spicy, crunchy, yoghurty. I could happily eat the version that has chopped up samosa in it every day for the rest of my life.

Had this last week to share,when it came up we both thought is that it,afterwards we thought that was top notch as described above

Terre a Terre is beautiful. It surprises many. Their sharing board is a must.

It was over priced years ago when I went there and everything tasted the same be it starter, main ,or desert.
Masses of herds and earthy.
Hated it.
If it is still there, then Bombay Aloo, especially on the buffet nights, yum.

In addition to Planet India, there are several Indian restaurants with a south Indian emphasis, and which therefore have a good range of veggie dishes:
Chili Pickle's been mentioned, and is ok, but not as good as it used to be.
But also worth mentioning are:
Indian Summer
and, especially, the Curry Leaf Cafe (new place in the Lanes)

It's not open in the evenings I don't think. It's very good though and an interesting place to sit

Ah, just spotted they are open Friday evenings for burgers and it's BYOB, which is always a winner!

Trolls Pantry @ Hobgoblin has two different veggie burgers on the menu as well as meat. The Troll used to be veggie himself so wanted to create veggie burgers that are different from the normal ones people knock out.
