When I go to away matches I like to get there early and see the sights. Obviously I'm looking forward to seeing Palace's new mega stand, but can anyone recommend the other top attractions I should look forward to seeing in Croydon? ???

Just passed through enemy territory, lashing down with rain.
Best advice for a day out in Croydon is don’t have one there, carry on to Central London, have a day on the slosh in some good old London boozers, jump on the rattler south about an hour and a half before KO.[emoji481][emoji481][emoji1303]

Wow thanks for the tips so far; I didn't know Croydon was such a cultural hot-spot. I've heard The Whitgift Centre is also lovely...

Gotta admire Steve Parrish.... The blonde illusionist has been selling them the same bullshit and hot air for years and they still keep believing.

From brand new stadium, to brand new stands.... what next? brand new block.

At least it gives the cpfc design department a days work once every few years.

Do they save the copy paste fans for the next "all new" selhurst design

Brighton factually.....
Usually for the rest of the country November the 5th is Bonfire night, however in Croydon, it can occur randomly, such a wonderful sight to see Croydon up in flames, the locals really put on a show...

Tonight could be your lucky night....

Good to see they didn't spend too much of the ringfenced money on the graphic design. The guy with the no 42 shirt and his girlfriend appear at least twice, as do the blokes in the 11 and 18 shirts. I hope the "ultras" wrote one of their snotty entitled letters during breaktime too after seeing they weren't shown in the image.

I have a theory that the recent petrol panic buying is entirely due to the Croydon locals preparing their response should they lose tonight.
