Norwegian with subtitles - brilliant!
If we're going Norwegian with subtitles its got to be - Trollhunter - its a slower paced and more subtle film than you'd think from the title

Definitely watch Red State.
Even as a bit of a Kevin Smith fanboy I have to say that film is a bit weak.

Morvern Callar

Sure it's well acted and shot, but christ I was bored. This recommendation reeks of having worked in a video shop too long.

West, West, West Sussex.
I like:

Mafia gangster films (Scorcese, Coppola etc)
Anything directed by Christopher Nolan (Inception, Dark Knight)
Anything directed by David Fincher (Seven, Fight Club, Zodiac, Social Network)
Most recent Spike Lee films (25th Hour, Summer of Sam)
Japanese gangster films
Most stuff with Jonny Depp, Dustin Hoffman, Pacino, Ed Norton, Christopher Walken, Brad Pitt in.

I hate:

99% of action films
Chav nonsense like 2 Fast 2 Furious
The Bourne films
Rom coms
Anything with Kevin Costner in
Most blockbusters (Avatar, Transformers)

SHOOT.....

Okay.

I have just watched a film tonight, Dream House. I don't recommend it because it is below average.

HOWEVER!

I have not seen anything posted on here about it before and I did a search and couldn't find anything apart form MeadesBall saying it was one of the worst films he has ever seen. He didn't mention the reason I giggled quite a lot through this horror. Apologies if Fixtures.

But every Albion fan (maybe over thirty) should see this!

Skip the ads and then skip the first thirty seconds of this trailer.:)

The Departed is a GREAT shout. As is Moneyball, and Four Lions is possibly the funniest film I've ever watched. I've just brought Pride and Glory from Amazon for 1p (I know!!!) quite looking forward to it because it's got Ed Norton and Jon Voight in it, and I think they're great actors. Even if it's shit it's only cost me a penny!!!!!
