I believe that Teddy is Danny's son, although I stand to be corrected on that.

Danny himself was in the Albion youth system for about 4 years, until he too was released without being offered a scholarship (or the equivalent back then).

Danny was a terrible footballer! His younger brother Jeff, was excellent.
Danny was a big lad though, could head it and kick it miles. Jeff was small and skillful. Obviously the big lad was the one given the opportunities.
