I agree. He is more than a decent player - he's a true leader. Also he has to be next in line for a testimonial at Falmer after Kerry.

A year or two ago I would have been devastated by Cullip going. Especially to Reading. This season however, I don't think he is standing out as being anything THAT special. Obviously if I had the choice I'd rather keep him so not to rock the boat. BUT we do have strength in depth in our defence and if he were to go now I wouldn't be that bothered. If Reading came in for him, I'd laugh! As it would smack of jelousy again of our success.
