I agree, there aren't many of them who could hold a note in a bucket, but the whole idea is that it should be fun and raise loads of money for comic relief...in that respect it is compulsive viewing.

The singing is worse than the average pub karaoke, especially Mel who doesn't sing but speaks the words of songs or rather shouts the words of songs.

Am I missing the point here, I thought that the whole purpose of comic relief was to raise money for those less fortunate than ourselves...the fact that well known celebs/comics/tv presenters are willing to subject themselves to humiliation to persuade us to part with a few quid should be applauded, even if the singing could turn milk into yoghourt on occasion.

Stubbs was 50/1, I saw the tide go for him and could have backed him at 33/1 but didn't , he is now 5/1. He will win no doubt and 5/1 is good but kicking myself at missing out on the 50/1
