Sort of.

46 Premier League games this season which were previously held by Setanta, also 30 SPL games (not Rangers v. Celtic though as these are on Sky Sports) with a further 30 SPL games on Sky.

He's really come into his own over the past few years but I can't help thinking it's a backward step, career-wise. More money, sure, but vastly fewer viewers and no more BBC world cup and euro jaunts. As ever, viewers lose out as who's going to subscribe to ESPN surely for Stubbs? And remember Ian Payne, once of R5, top sports presenter who went to Sky? Exactly.

ESPN are one of the worlds biggest sports broadcasters. If Stubbs does well in the UK it could open up other opportunities within ESPN, something he has alluded to in his comments about joining them.

ESPN is now encrypted on Sky and you need a subscription , Virgin are allowing a free months viewing . WTF ?

Rebecca Lowe has been signed up from Setanta-upgrade from Blue Square presentation to Premiership!(palace fan I think).Last time I saw James Richardson was on Eurosport acting as studio anchor for Le Tour de France.
