hedrix died before stairway was written

anything you can find out there with his name against it is a spoof.

quick clue

hendrix recorded no reggae songs at all so if the version you have is that one.you have been conned

according to Wikpedia, Vegimite Reggae did a version of one of there songs, so im guessing it could be them.

Fake versions
One version of the song is circulating on the Internet as a "reggae remix" by Jimi Hendrix. In fact, Hendrix died a year before the song was released. It is sometimes erroneously attributed to Frank Zappa or to Sublime.

Another widely circulated cover version is credited to Pink Floyd. This is most likely the version released by the Frank Farian supergroup Far Corporation on their 1985 album Division One (9 minutes 33 seconds long). Another version can be found on their 1994 album Solitude (8 minutes 46 seconds long).
