Yep. Darren Freeman was quoted in the Argus last December as saying "Albion were very keen to sign him but for whatever reason it didn't go through. I spoke to Charlie Oatway and he said if we could get hold of him then we should."

i saw him play right back for them and he was probably the flairest right back i've ever seen

kept on going on mental solo runs (despite not being especially quick), trying raking 60-yard passes and doing bits of skill when he was the last man

Just googled his name and the Swindon site says that him and Yasser Kasim are on trial there and he is going to sgn for them.
