Great stuff - just had to check that British Railways services from Horsted Keynes station finished in 1963 - and they've probably made far more money since then on appearing in every period TV show ever filmed ! The good old days indeed.
Well the Bluebell Line wouldn't have existed if Dr. Beaching hadn't closed it!
Huge mistake. Would love it if they rebuilt the lines linking the Sussex villages. Doubt it will happen.
