Actually, foody heaven last night was Rick Stoyn's amazing show about cooking for the Japanese ambassador - I was CRAVING sashimi after that.

That thing the chef did with the mackeral where he made it look like a diamonds was amazing eh?

i realised that i know one of the waitresses(at the old place anyway)...didn't even know she worked there


it used to be good in there, since ramsay came its gone up its own arse a bit and seems to be a bit shit now

Actually, foody heaven last night was Rick Stoyn's amazing show about cooking for the Japanese ambassador - I was CRAVING sashimi after that.

Damn, missed that - the bloke who sits opposite me (and who I worked with in Japan) was going on about it this morning. Sounds like 'foodporno'. I might have to open my TV to a third chef.

In the meantime I'll have a fat slice of Otoro and a nice frozen glass of Dai Ginjo.

It was. I almost strained my quinces watching that.

How anyone can extract crabmeat like that without just stuffing it all into their mouth in one go is quite beyond me.
