Can't say I had. But with the help of Google I've found a lovely description:

Essentially, a trequartista is a playmaker who operates behind the front line but in front of the midfield. Literally translated from Italian, it means 'three quarters'. A typical trequartista will possess great creativity and agility, as well as boasting an envious passing range, ball control and eye for goal.

It’s quite an apt description for what G Pott wants our front line to be don’t you think? (When you spell it right of course *cough*)

The wonderful Francesco Totti [emoji7] is one of the best examples.

Sounds a bit like Trossard in his current form???

He's only young and with a few solid games under his belt, he'll find his feet nicely.

Your last sentence explains why a loan would be a good thing. He's worth keeping as he has bags of potential but let him have a season of starting and scoring regularly then pushing on with us. Time is on his and our side.

Is this a joke?
Do you really believe we are in any danger of relegation?

Clearly not, but one of the advantages of being certain is that you can market yourself to prospective signings that you will certainly, rather than almost definitely be in the PL next season.

To me it's the strongest argument for wanting a Burnley win

It could by Tyrion Lanister for all I care as long as he doesn't scuff every 8 yard shot he gets

Maupay
Connolly
Andone
Tau
Trossard

We don't need any more small attackers. We need a Glenn Murray. A Murray type means we can play more than one way. Sheff Utd was the perfect example. They knew exactly how to beat us because they knew EXACTLY what we would do, and we were powerless to counter it.

Hmm, maybe, but if we had a small striker who could finish crisply, we'd be so far out of sight in these games we wouldn't need to be making changes to the playing style.

Totally agree. Having diminutive attackers does not seem to hurt Man City. Whilst it is true we have missed many chances this season, height has not been the main contributory factor. The big man up front, whilst not without its merits, is an outmoded concept at the top of the game. The best teams play the ball into the net. it's crisp passing carving out space in tight areas, or transitioning the ball quickly from one end of the pitch to the other that are becoming key components to success.
