His 84th minute goal for Luton at Maine Road in 1983, relegated Man City and prompted one of the greatest full time managerial celebrations from David Pleat.

Part of footballing folklore, a sad reminder of when our beautiful game still was close to its roots.

Those recreations on FFL were legendary, some of them still on YouTube. I know every show has a shelf life, but it’s a crime that they binned that off. Presumably nowadays they’d come up against PL brand issues or some other red tape.
