Ipswich Town: Club ban supporter for posting a racist outburst on Twitter - News - Ipswich Star
It's not a court of law. And his name was already in the public arena. He put it there.Hmm, interesting that they have named him as he is 17, are they actually allow to do that

Agreed. Even though there is no accompanying violence and no apparent big political agenda, it's still racism. It needs to be challenged. And its perpetrators need to understand that there are consequences.Casual racism is possibly more inherently insidious than a truly held belief and much harder to deal with. Sorry for BM but pleased that Ipswich have responded speedily and appropriately. Think they deserve a "well done"
Good news.
(awaits usual dimwits* coming on to tell us it's an over-reaction, and that people need to 'man up')
As a moderator I would have thought you would be a bit above calling people dimwits*, It's not just Racism and Homophobia that are offensive and illegal these days but Disability Discrimination is also and calling people "dimwits*" ranks alongside calling people "spastics" and "window lickers" in that it's offensive and has no place in today's society.
Good news.
