so glad we took my daughter to see The Specials last time they played Brighton.
Such an important artist, with a troubled background and understandably a troubled mind.

Just remembering sitting opposite him in a cafe in Camden in the 90s where me and a work mate both instantly recognised him.

People from work would speculatively pop up there afterwards to see if he was there.

My mate had told everyone at work that Jerry Hall often eats in that cafe.

RIP.

Crazy how just yesterday I got a massive buzz out of hearing a Fun Boy Three song appear from no where over wafting through the supermarket aisles and now he's gone.
