Don't be a tit. It wasn't my first thought. My first thought was all that. It was everyone's first thought.

My second thought was perhaps he had an undiagnosed heart condition - a 30 year old drowning in what I imagine are not challenging waters is unusual, isn't it?

If I find something to be ashamed about I'll let you know.
