If he means another FA Cup or League Cup, it should say 'Who scored in the Scottish FA Cup Final... etc?' because that's its proper name. The FA Cup - because it was the original cup competition run by the original football association - doesn't have that country's name on it.

I was just about to say what a stupid guess, but then I thought maybe this could be a lower-league player, who has scored shitloads but because he is in league 1 or something has never been called up. BoF, I apologise, that may have actually been quite shrewd in a way. So, BathSeagull, is this player Premier League?
