what about this decade though?

Cant remember when my suggestion about Tom Jones' last song came out, might've been before 2000.

Beatles have had every decade but started in 1962, not 1964

Rolling Stones also, 1963 was their first though

Bee Gees got to #18 in 2001 and hence have had a hit every decade, but started in 1967

Status Quo have had a hit in the 00's, but started in 1968

Tom Jones got to #31 in 2002, but first hit was in 1965

Cliff Richard started in the FIFTIES.

1964, not 1963. I just put the Bee Gees out of the question, as I did to everybody else mentioned except Aerosmith (who I couldn't be arsed checking but started in the 70's at the earliest) and Cliff Richard, who did start in 1964 SOLO, but in 1958 with the Shadows, and isn't a band anyway.

Cliff Richard as a solo artist is correct, but the thread said group/band?

;)
