lua lua is INCREDIBLE over a few yards and so he has outstanding acceleration but not amazing 'real pace'

over 100m i can't imagine he'd be that great

look at proper sprinters......they're generally tall and muscular....buckley is probably the closest to that

Ironically, Noone and Lualua are both currently out with hamstring injuries and Buckley is fit!

Let's just hope Will can stay in the fit camp because he get's me so excited to see him running at the opposition as Craig and Kazenga both have done, i can see him running Palace ragged.

Matt Sparrow is no slouch either, but I would think Buckley is probably the fastest over 100 metres. Just look at the ground he made up to get his goal yesterday - I think the defender was shocked how quickly Buckley went past him.

The training repetitions were over 100 yards involving running through slalom poles to the 50 yard line, round cones and then back again. As I said previously LuaLua was the fastest so he has endurance as well as speed. They did the repetitions about half a dozen times keeping at a consistent pace.
