Finally the f###### instruction manual.Me too. I don't log out, I just turn off the laptop. On occasions when something happens and I find myself locked out, it's a right bugger - but that's not unique to NSC. It seems standard internet behaviour -
Stage 1 - don't recognise your login details (password).
Stage 2 - click here and we'll send you an email; maybe they do, but Hotmail just ignores most such messages.
Stage 3 - (if you get that email) - put in your new password.
Stage 4 - 'You can't use that email because you've used it before' - yes, I bloody know I have; it was my password, but you wouldn't accept it!
Stage 5 - put in a new password; one with so many convoluted requirements (Caps. numbers, symbols) that you'll never remember it.
Stage 6 - PM Bozza. TBF, he's pretty good.
