That is what I was suggesting a loan now we need a proven man to put the ball in the net. Vaz Tee?
Fair enough. It's just that you said if they resign Grabban which obviously they can't do til january

No they are not. Premier League teams can't use the loan window to bring in players. They are trying to get Grabban on loan now and buy him back in January.
No they are not. Premier League teams can't use the loan window to bring in players.
Why is that? I am sure clubs do use it to bring in players.
There is an emergency loan window...
The emergency loan window opens on Wednesday, September 9.
When does the window close? The window closes on November 25.
Clubs will not then be able to do further business until the winter transfer window re-opens in the new year.
How long can players move for? A player can be signed during this period for any length of time between 28 and 93 days.
If a player signs for 93 days that three-month spell will take him through until January 2016 when the winter window opens.
The club could then extend his deal until the end of the season.
Who can do business? Football League clubs can take advantage of Premier League sides looking to send players out on loan to gain valuable first-team experience.
Top-flight clubs themselves cannot make regular loan signings.
No overseas players can be bought in this window.
Any exceptional circumstances?
There is one scenario that allows Premier League clubs to do business.
Should any side in all four divisions suffer a goalkeeping injury, a replacement can be signed, with loans tending to last a week.
Maybe they want to bring Grabban in to play in goal
