I blame sky, had they not kept on about that "stamp" he wouldn't have been suspended just when we was looking to cement himself into the team with two goals in three games, after those 4 games out he never got his form back.

saw Tarkowski do similar and escape completely......I want Locadia to do well as it is in the interests of my club but so far not impressed. I think the Wolves came is very much a key game for him. On from start at home in a team that has won two games on trot. Needs to impress even if he does not score.

Some odd things being said on here:
Tomer was not given a chance in the Prem - He had a decent 16 apps and 847 minutes of football.
He wasn't given a chance after the suspension - He started another 4 matches.
He's a Glenn Murray type goal scorer - He scored twice.
He compares favourably to Locadia - He might well do but In fact goals per minute - its pretty similar. Locadia has 1 goal and 1 assist in 430 mins and has started only twice.

Hughton i think wanted to sell him last summer and in January but it didn't work out. And clearly thought an out of form Ulloa was a better prospect as a back up, and Locadia as a rival for Murray who is still his #1 choice (and who can blame him. he keeps delivering) .
As for keeping Hemed on the books. Hughton wants 3 strikers. No room for a fourth as Jan onwards showed us last season. Hemed as 4th choice never appeared in the 18 again.

Hemed wasn't PL quality last season. He's now scoring at his proper level. Locadia doesn't look PL quality either. Certainly not an upgrade on Hemed on all available evidence. Quite the opposite.

I reckon Locadia is going to come good. He's never going to be a world beater but I reckon one goal will lead to a few more IF he can get a run.

CH must have a reason that he is preferred to Andone; I suspect we’ll find out on Saturday.

Exactly, hence my emphasis on 'SO FAR'. I like him, but there are little things that I've seen which show me that he is lacking in something – confidence probably. And yes, you only get that with game time, hence why I think that probably/hopefully he will end up being an upgrade on Hemed.

On here Jose was not as good as Lua Lua when he first arrived now he’s one of our best attacking threats way way better the KLL and worth about £25m Plus more I would think. Andone will be next for the criticism if he’s poor in his first appearance just the way NSC works. Give the players time even a season before having a pop.
