Most of the upper can’t see the goal that end, it’s properly shite. The concourse is about 3ft wide as well.
This is true, I was quite near the front of upper last time.

Its funny they have rail seating in the back few rows of the upper, where you cant see the far goal if you stand up

I think we will only get the top tier. Looks like they have sold pretty well so far

The club obviously were not sure how well this would sell so yesterday started with the upper tier which is about 1650 seats. Less than half an hour of sales resulted in about 500 left with the centre blocks being virtually sold out. It was not until 9.30 this morning when the upper tier had only a handful left that the bottom tier was opened, but not just part of it indeed the whole lot, another 1350 seats. So far today sales have totalled less than 200 which means unless there are a lot of members waiting to buy tickets we could end up with the upper tier rammed and the lower tier with a lot of space.
I just wonder why this lower tier was not opened sooner to balance the sale of tickets as i am sure there are quite a few who would rather have been in the middle of the lower than the extreme end of the upper. Silver lining is that it is good news for Albion + members, loads of choice!

Getting to the end of Albion+ members day and there are 840 left, so sales today of about 300. Next up is purchase history and after that we should have a fair idea of how many more are likely to be sold.

About 300 sold today so far, so I make it 510 left (subject to any currently in baskets that get released) plenty of chance for purchase history fans to have a day out in London and see a game, albeit a friendly with no loyalty points.

There isn't anything after purchase history
Sorry badly phrased, what i meant was that after the purchase history release day (today) as that was indeed the last section then it would become clearer as to what was left and therefore how many more were likely to sell.
Edit, just had a look on the club site and not only have they now made it general sale but they have taken both the end blocks in the lower tier off sale probably in the realisation that not all were going to be sold. I wonder if they will contact people who have already brought tickets in those blocks and offer to move them or whether they will reassess the situation later.

That's interesting they have changed to general sale Z1 only had a few seats anyway and Z6, is only disabled, Z1 was sold out yesterday I think

Its annoying that they didn't just open top and bottom at the same time so spread us out a bit if we don't sell out, especially with the dangerous concourse in the upper tier

Totally agree re opening the lower sooner as it was pretty obvious from the get go that the upper was going to sell out.
Regarding Z1 and Z6 they were opened with the rest of the lower tier and indeed a few did sell in each but sometime today the club closed them to any more sales presumably either to create a segregation zone or simply to concentrate the Albion support behind the goal.
If you click on Z6 there is the wheelchair zone at the front but all the regular seats behind which yesterday were available to buy are now blacked out and there is no way that they have been sold. Similarly Z1 was open but even allowing for the fact it was a smaller block (106 seats) when i looked at 10 pm last night only a dozen had been sold so again no chance it sold out.
