Half empty stadiums in 2018 and 2022. Who in their right mind will go? Okay there always enough die hards but the tourists will just stay at home...

i can see 2022 the Qatari's paying people to go so there's crowds for the backdrop.

Rape is a disgusting, denigrating, humiliating experience.

Just as well the establishment here in the UK, or institutions such as the church, haven't used their power and influence to hush up such activity and carry on destroying people's futures in contempt of the law.

Also great to see in the US there's one rule for everyone who commits such foul crimes, such as what happened at Stanford.

You forgot one fey fact. Rape can seriously damage you upstairs. Some people never get over it. Turning to drink, counselling/ Psychiatric help or sadly committing suicide. Sentences for this crime is far to often. soft.

The judge didn't want a rape conviction ruining the rapists life.

Fair enough, as his dad said, why ruin a future career over twenty minutes of action.

Wise words indeed..
Yep.
After all there's already been one person subjected to a lifetime of trauma, fear, pain, suffering and psychological abuse, why ruin 2 lives.

It will be nice to watch the World Cup in 2026 after the twelve-year break.

Unfortunately, judging by FIFA's recent choices, they might give it to North Korea or IS.
