For the four MILLIONTH time, they have already announced that they are relaxing the drinking laws in the stadia, hotels and fan zones.

Still, carry on...

Mind you, it will still be shit, because they'll be f***ing NO-ONE there.

Who the HELL is going to turn up to watch Slovenia v Paraguay, in Qatar?

How the hell is that going to encourage people into football? Seeing near empty stadia.

It will not need to be relaxed that much as they serve alcohol in Qatar but after 4:00pm! Also, it can never be a "dry" World Cup because one the tournament's main sponsors is god awful beer, Budweiser and can you imagine them allowing FIFA to have a World Cup where they cannot sell their product?

Albion & England forever.

Well quite, but don't let the facts get in the way of some ill-informed stereotyping.

I'm waiting for the suggestion that anyone holding hands with a GIRL in a fan-zone will be stoned to death.

Its madness, do you not realise that if you hold hands with a GIRL you will be stoned to death

From a guide to Qatari law: Under Islamic law, the crimes that carry defined penalties are murder, apostasy (rejection or desertion of Islam), adultery, fornication, homosexuality and theft. Lesser offences might include debt, usury, alcohol and drug abuse, and use of pornography.

Good news on the amputations front though!

Sharia law is the predominant feature of Qatar’s legal system, although there are also civil courts. Sharia law is applied to criminal matters and, although no executions or amputations have been carried out for some years, floggings do take place.

Any fans going from Camptowm?
Probably not a good idea.
