I'd imagine a fair amount, 500mb of video is about 4 minutes worth. Not sure what just audio is, but can't be much less.

Depends on a number of factors but the BBCs surveys suggest an average of:

30 minutes of radio may consume up to 30MB of data.

60 minutes of Radio may consume up to 60MB of data.

It's an awful lot less. Pictures take the mb. I've got one hour podcasts which are around 30mb. That's lower quality, but I reckon 100mb an hour at most.
