looks very much like the Assembly are going to pass a law that will put a stop to the abuse and neglect at these places and therefor stop them in their tracks (licensing,microchipping,and stricter rules as to how dogs can be bred)
the group who had much to do with bringing this about are a magnificent bunch who have stood out in the peeing rain for hours getting the public on their side.

just that.

Bloody excellent news. Hopefully they'll eradicate these hellholes in the rest of the UK soon as well.

It surprised me but most of the breeders here are English,cheap land,low running costs and a useless council and some have been driven out of England and Scotland.
Its a start
The beginning of the end
and some of the films taken of these places drove me to tears and depressed for ages.
