Suggestions that they will be fined around £3.5m per club now, and a penalty of more than £20m and a 30-point Premier League deduction if they do it again.

Spurs will probably get government assistance.

I rather suspect that if they do it again it'll be a lot better planned than the shit show they conjured up this time round. As such I don't think they give a flying **** what the punishment for next time will be.

They might as well not bother. Who's the money going to, anyway?

The football equivalent of 3 points (when your drive on company insurance anyway) and 80 quid for a speed awareness course that you can take as paid leave and claim back on expenses. That'll learn 'em.

That’ll make them jolly well think twice won’t it.

It’s a bit like when UEFA fined Kosovo or whoever £2k for racist chants.

QPR were fined £42m (settled on £17m) for breaching FFP so this amount if just a joke.

The size of the fine shows where the real power lies and those clubs know it which is why they will laugh this off and come back with a revised plan

The size of the figure that has been agreed with the rebel six clubs is smaller than some rivals had hoped for, but the majority of the league is understood to believe that the gesture is acceptable

Majority of the clubs agreed

Brighton factually.....

Simply pathetic and another kick in the teeth for the everyday club and fan, they do not care about anyone but themselves.
I wonder who was on the panel that came up with this lame punishment.

Edit: I see the majority of the clubs, with one arm tied behind their backs and the looming threat this will happen eventually and most of the clubs want to be in the next planned exodus.
