If Parish wants to enforce financial restraint, then good on him. If they got relegated, then went into administration and shat on their creditors again, we'd be too quick to slate them fir that. Perhaps more chairmen need to take this position to hopefully sort out the stupidity in the premier league. Just my opinion like....
