I need to put some weight on.
I paid sugar tax on coke (two cans a day) and still can't put weight on...
Not everyone needs to lose weight and why shouldn't people enjoy sugar as part of a healthy diet?
I read your post yesterday, but didn’t have time to respond.
I once helped a close friend put on weight after an illness.
We planned their daily diet together based around 5 to 6 very small meals.
This could be a bowl of Rice Krispies, Yoghurt or ice cream for example.
They supplemented this with high calorie milk shakes, gold top milk and cocoa at bedtime. Also I always made sure they had a snack nearby if left alone, eg: nuts, chocolate, bananas, biscuits.
Whenever I went to the supermarket I felt like I was getting ready for a childrens party.
