Plenty of pubs have licenses to open, just find one and go there.

An hour or two or so before would make all the difference to the pub's balance sheet
as we know from the men's matches where pubs are generally rammed well before KO.

One small thing that the govt could do to help out and they fail miserably because
of some archaic laws and/or a lack of any dynamism. That's what annoys me. But hey - let's just keep closing pubs
down shall we and putting over-priced flats in their place?

Or they could drink as much alcohol as they can pour down their throats with their cornflakes at home. Then nip to the pub for some non alcoholic beers until the second more alcohol is allowed to be served, then resume breakfast in the pub (without the cornflakes). Get rid of the tele as well to leave more room for the alcohol.
