As a Public Service Announcement for those that drink real ale can I reveal that the Malt Shovel in Springfield Road is currently having a Beer Festival ?

There are usually 8 or 9 different beers on offer & the food is OK as well - pub consists of one big L -Shaped Bar but has several flat screen TVs - I have no doubt they will be showing the Horsham game.

mmmm - sounds good but Malt Shovel is a bit of a hike for me. Will probably be in the Bedford as apart from serving at least one real ale it is the best pub to watch any TV sport in Horsham.

Sounds like it will empty at around 7.15pm. when the lucky ones head for QS. thanks for rubbing it in Richie! How exactly do you get your ticket again?

Yes Richie how on earth did you get your tickets when you live in Hastings?

Someone has told me the Dog and Bacon has some tv's and a big screen

Was good to meet you on way to Orient. I may be at the Bedford prematch, I'll keep my eye out for you.

Should be in there from about 5. Come and say hello.

Live in Hastings but FROM Horsham. My old man sorted out one for me.

You must be a true fan then Richie, NOT! i've not seen you at Queen Street all season.
I didn't see you there last saturday against Harrow. Guess you've jumped on the band wagon like everyone else

Been a couple of times this season.

BUT hardly missed a GAME from the age of about 6 to 15 before playing a decent standard on Saturday afternoons and then going to uni / moving away.

NOT that I have to justify having a ticket to you...
