Fiddlers put England on the big screen, and Ireland on the little screen at the front. Strange because there are always double the amount crowded around the little screen, with a load of pretentious types at the back not even aware that there is a game on! Having said that, when we asked for a similar arrangement recently for Celtic/Premiership, the girl said she couldn't do it, even after I told her how to. So I spose it depends who's working.
As for London, I know places around Shepherds Bush/Crickelwood way that would have it on, but its a bit expensive just to watch a game on TV. Especially don't wanna get caught up in Wembley crowds either when theres work tommorow - thats why we were hoping for somewhere around Croydon at most.
