The Cock, on the road from Lewes to Uckfield, just by the (2nd) Ringer turning. Lovely country pub, roaring log fire, great food. Probably worth booking though. Menu etc on attached weblink.

How about The Cricketers at Berwick Village - good food and is a Harveys pub
