Have you been to Il Limone down Southwick Sq?
Believe it's been taken over. But was/is it any good?
Cheers.

The windows always seemed to be smashed and there's never anyone in there. Also know someone who used to work there well below minimum wage and quit. Having said that i've never actually eaten there so might be great.

Interesting. I walk past it regularly, and never see the windows smashed.

Only ask as I tried a little hidden Italian gem down Boundary Rd, Portslade, the other day, and this seems the Southwicks alternative to it. I.e. Doesn't look special, but tasted brill'o!

I think its really good in Il Limone , but that was partly because of the waitress was blonde and big tits

The waitress is an east european hottie. Other than that I can't comment.

"The Plaice in the Square" is the best fish and chip shop for miles and has a very good licensed restaurant. Run by a Cypriot who makes sure everything runs smoothly. A real gem.

Chillies - one of the best take away curry houses around. It is ALWAYS very good.

August Moon - used to be a good Chinese takeaway but my last order was quite simply the worst take away I have ever had so I have not tried them again and go to Valley Wok which is always good and very quick.
