Suppose you are right, taybha. A friend of a friend of mine had his refused as a form of ID, though a legally binding form of ID has to be accepted as ID, no?
They would need a FULL Driving Licence (ie primarily non-provisional) for it to be accepted as valid ID, I think.
Correct.Surely the organisation etc requesting the id can set any requirements they choose. What may be perfectly acceptable to one may not be for another. Many things can be used as proof of identity, but is anything actually classified as being legal proof as I am completely unaware of it if it is.
