Nobody deserves to be abused for having an opinion, no matter what the debate in Parliament. It's a free country.
Could not agree more on that comment.

BUT, when an elected Member of Parliament, tries to act in a way that overturns a democratic vote because it does fit their own agenda, I think they deserve all the verbal abuse they get.

Had remain won the vote, and it was a remainer abusing Boris or Rees-Mogg if they were trying to force us to leave after the country voted to remain, I would say exactly the same thing.

I said it before in the Brexit thread I am banned from. MPs cannot act directly against the people that vote them into power, and not expect to suffer the consequences.

Off course you are. But in case you missed it we voted to leave. So there should be no MPS trying to overturn the will of the British people. That's what this woman wants to do. They want to stop Brexit and keep us in the EU.

You can hold whatever view you like, its still a free country..... just. But if you are in power, and she is, I do not believe she should be acting against the will of the British voters. She can disagree with it all she likes, she can hold whatever views she likes, but the time to oppose it and try and stop it happening, ended what the ballot boxes opened on 23rd June 2016.

If the British people voted to kick you repeatedly in the bollocks would you happily go along with it?

Why would I report the Rees Mogg one it was all over the TV and that included attacks verbally against the children. None of you complained about that which in my mind far worse

How do you know none of us complained? I have no time for Peter Bone, but I did note that the nanny went to take the children inside, but JRM prevented her doing so because it looked better for the camera.

If you are an MP and you are pushing for the UK to remain in the EU, which like it or not IS against the wishes of the British people, you deserve all the harassment you get.

I think all these remain MP need to start getting used to it.

I would have posted this in the Brexit thread, but I have been kicked for it. Don't know why, the NSC Gestapo don't give reasons for their actions.

I probably upset one of the "connected" remain whiners.

Maybe we should have a Brexit thread, and ban all the remainers. After all, they are against democracy.

What sort of appalling individual would condone harrassment of an MP who disagree with his views? Leavers are getting nervous. With good reason

My MP does vote against her constituents. Lewes was 52% Remain but she is part of the ERG.

Anyway, talking of democracy, the MPs have defeated the government within the last hour by voting against spending for No Deal. 303 to 296.

So you think it was acceptable because he is a remainer. Odd

Have you reported it? People reported James Goddard yesterday, so PayPal and Facebook responded. It was also quite easy for those media to see the offences committed.

Not part of the system I'm afraid, not left wing or not a remainer so Facebook, PayPal wouldn't listen to me. That's what it looks from the outside.

Thought these actions had taken place in December. How many accounts does Goddard have?

“MPs have backed measures designed to thwart preparations for a no-deal Brexit, by defeating the government in the House of Commons.
They backed an amendment to the Finance Bill, which would limit spending on no-deal preparations unless authorised by Parliament, by 303 to 296 votes.”

Great to see our MPs flexing their muscles

no you do not deserve harassment. its appaling attitude that is really setting the poor tone in the country. discuss and debate, not harass, insult and threaten.

No one deserves harassment on either side, we are almost all united on this. Pity one or two think mob rule is acceptable, it is not and the force of the law must be used

I know. And so it begins.

What next then? They will complain we are not ready for a no deal, so we won't be able to leave, or we will have to accept the crap deal we have got, either way leaving the country in a weaked state.

I don't really understand what remainers think will happen if Brexit is overturned.

Do they think it will go away, and we will carry on as before?

I worry that is what most people, including a lot on here will think will happen.

I honestly think if Brexit is overturned, then the move to the far right is something that will happen at an alarming rate, and I fear for this country.

I think the far right will become very powerful in this country, and I don't any of us want to see that.

The remainers are a vocal few IMO. If they get what they want, then I think it will change this country for the worse, forever.

I think remainers really need to worry about what they wish for on this issue.

You want to read some of the bollocks you write in the Brexit thread. Those remain MPs are trying to get a demoractic vote over turned, nothing more. And if you don't see the irony in your last sentance. WOW. Just WOW.

Here's that picture again, probably the one that got me removed from the other thread because I posted it to you a few times...... I'll post it just once this time. Won't give the remainer mod an excuse to keep me out of the discussion!!! :tosser:

You really are a bitter and twisted gammon.

If you had any ability to argue your point you would not need to keep posting the same meme.

You should stop thinking to hard, it will all be fine
