shame I've not got BT Sport, watching Aus struggling would have been a lovely accompaniment to breakfast.

Not proper cricket but New Zealand v Pakistan 20/20 also on BT, with Big Bash good coverage on there at the mo. Was looking at Sky cricket but too expensive for me

Saffer gone. Aussies in big trouble.

I’m amazed the Aussies have prepared a pitch that appears very ‘indian’ with the spin and bounce and low skidding seam movement. Cummins now out for a duck

Doesn’t look much like a typical Aussie surface

I know the purists won’t like it but I really like the pink ball - it’s so visible, even in day light conditions I feel like watching on TV you can really see the ball better.

Glad there are spectators present, with a bit of luck we may see an Aussie crying

Indians got lucky with the one that got Labuschagne keeping low, but beyond that: exactly what I feared yesterday. Openers both gone cheaply, exposing our best pair very early and India have taken advantage.

That's my morning plans scuppered.

Yep, I was up at 5.30; got down in time for the innings break

That's some attack the Aussies have; if that's how the likes of Kohli and Pujara fare, what are they going to do us next winter?
