Proper barbershop cut throat razor shave

Right so after reading all pages. I want a cut throat shave for my wedding. Should I have it on the day or tomorrow.
But where to go??

The Turkish barbers in The Orchard Haywards Heath do this but I am not sure whether it is actually old fashioned cut throat razors sharpened on a strop or ones with a blade put in them and made to look the same.
