Problems with rising damp

Posting this for a long-standing STH mate who isn't on NSC. He's got problems with rising damp and needs someone good and who charges reasonable rates to fix. He'd obviously prefer to give his custom to a fellow Albion fan so if anyone on here knows anyone, please can you let me know? He lives in Hanover.

The basement of my place in Hove was totally proofed by a company called Hi-Tec prior to my purchase. The company is a damp specialist company. It's still dry 12 years later. The job was so good the neighbouring property got the same company in after we tracked them down via the damp proof certificates I was given at time of purchase. The owner is a professional and sound guy called Darren who is an Albion fan and we know each other well now.
