A bit cart before the horse this as I have already posted on ATC but has anyone managed to renew their Season Ticket today? I got my letter yesterday and have tried 8 or 9 times this morning since 8am and keep getting told that the service is unavailable.

It was fine last night when I renewed my dad's. Not the most user friendly though and it struck me it hadn't been properly tested for BHAFC but good enough for now.

i'm having the same problem trying to buy season ticket for first time but every single time it says this service is currently unavailable try again later have been trying since morning

Just been sent a text from the club asking me to renew with passwords etc... the fact i'm a 3yr STH has obviously escaped them again...

I have a 2 year ticket which started last season and I have also received a text from the club. It's not that hard to take us of the list surely?

As a regular MOANER even I am amazed people are moaning about receiving a text they can easily just delete.

Some people...

Of course I can just delete it, I'm just worried that they might not have me down as a 2 year ticket holder on their system.

It's not like I'm annoyed at the price I paid for it...

That's not the point, I received the same text and I am a bit concerned that they might not even have us recorded as 2 year sth. It's quite possible the club's records are wrong and we don't find out until they have resold our seats!

Also, I have just realised the new ticketing system is designed by IRIS software and they are crap. We use some of their products in my office and they are renowned for issuing software updates before testing has been completed. Unfortunately there are not many companies that produce the type of software we use, so we are stuck with them for now!

I just spoke to one of the ticket advisers who explained that "some of the 3 year/2year STH's may have slipped thorugh the net when the letters were sent". I guess it was the same with the texts.

Doesn't inspire confidence and means everyone has to phone up to make sure. There is a message saying that if you have received a letter and are a 3/2 year season ticket holder don't worry, but frankly that isn't going to stop you querying it is it.

Why the club couldn't send us letter saying you are no in year 2 of your three years or whatever I don't know. It would certainly save them having to field so many calls.

Yes and as a result they will now have 500 people phoning up and checking. Madness.

On the IRIS front - Yes poor reputation.

I am in exactly the same situation. I have never had any confirmation that I have a 2 year ticket and I no longer have the credit card which used to pay for it, meaning I have no proof of what I paid

Everyone is in the same boat. I pointed this out to Insider ages ago but nothing happened.

At one stage I don't think their system was geared up for this, but I would have assumed the new would be, but then again...
