Yeah mine was like that. Had to change my address but couldn't, so e-mailed the ticket office and they sorted it.

Also, your ST is renewed automatically so not sure what you're trying to do ???

It's a ridiculously simple yet bloody frustrating bug in the ticketing system...

- Title is a mandatory field, so you can't save the form if it's not present.
- Title is a protected field, so a user can't change it.
- Many (most?) users do not have a title populated in the system.

This means many users are not able to self-serve a change in their details as they can not commit a change.

It's schoolboy stuff. As such, I grade this GCSE Computer Science project an F.

I had the same problem. I phoned the ticket office and they entered a title for me.

It was a nice idea to encourage people to renew online to take pressure off the phone lines but it missed a vital bit of testing.

...and would presumably take their programmer all of five minutes to fix once instructed?
