Good Evening Seagulls

Sean here from City Light Tours Rome.

For years I’ve been organising a more relaxed way for away football fans coming to Italy for a good safe time while supporting their teams.

This is not my first rodeo and I’m not here only for money. European games can be quite overwhelming in foreign cities and an expensive 2/3 days with flights, hotels and match tickets - you should be able to relax and have a great time.

Over the years we’ve brought Man City, Liverpool, Leicester, Spurs and many other European teams to Italian stadiums on time - relaxed, and then a safe return home without any worry or hassle.

We’ll be arranging 2/3 private coaches to the Stadium on match day and a drop off in a large bar with music afterwards without any admission problems.

Anyone with any questions please feel free to ask me here or on watsapp

Even if you’ve no interest in our buses you are still most welcome to ask any other questions you might have.

Also, with the train strike on Friday, those of you (probably 100ish) flying in through Pisa and flying out Friday the 8th - should enough of you be in need we’ll happily get a small/large coach to bring you up (3.5-4hrs) to Pisa airport.

BOOK VIA EMAIL HERE

Kind Regards,
City Lights Team
Sean

This is a permitted advert from Sean at City Light Tours Rome.

Before Sean joined NSC I was already aware of his services having spoken to the admin of Foxes Talk, the Leicester fans’ forum. Sean provided a similar service to Leicester fans when they played Roma in May 2022.

In return for this advert, Sean will be making a contribution to NSC’s operating costs for each Albion fan that uses his services.

Finally, this may not be for you. Maybe you are happy to use whatever shuttle service the Rome authorities provide, or maybe you’re just going to make your own way to and from the stadium. If that’s the case, you’ve probably got nothing to add here. Please respect both Sean’s advert and those who may wish to use his services.

Sean will be adding some more detail shortly, but I believe his offering is going to be along the lines of...

Meet-up at a friendly central Rome aarea with bars etc
Optional morning walking tour of Rome's historic sights
Police-escorted coaches to the stadium - one seat per fan - no packed-in-like-sardines
Post-match reverse coach journey to the same venue for post-match drinks etc

City Lights hosted a couple brilliant tours in Rome for us last year! Great to see you again Sean! 🔵⚪

We'll be coming along again next week for sure 👍

I'm wondering which bar is best for the Albion fans to congregate on match day? @SeanInRome

Do the coaches have toilets?
Honestly, the bus company always tell us yes and even though we pay for them on match day the driver usually keeps it locked.
From my departure point with the police escort we shouldn’t be more than 20 minutes even with heavy traffic to the stadium.
Departure point is at the Vatican area and the exact meeting point will be given to everyone who signs up with us.
You can never tell who is spying in these forums so I always do it this way to ensure the safety of our guests.
IMPORTANT - If by chance there is anyone with a medical condition and needs the toilet more often than the average person, please private message/mail me and I’ll ensure we try our best to have atleast 1 bus with a toilet open.
Discretion will be guaranteed

Sean, I was planning to walk from my hotel (Villa Glori) to the stadium to avoid the official bus scramble. Is there anywhere we should swerve - I read a few scare stories about the bridge opposite the ground?

You are very close to the stadium and in a very nice part of Rome(excluding match day) for you I’d suggest if walking get your self closer to the stadium around 5 before it gets dark, grab a beer at one of the stands where there is police close by and then make your way around the back to the away section.
It’s a long walk around so make sure you hide your blue colours until you are inside the stadium.
The bridge can be dangerous but not anymore dangerous than arriving alone to any foreign stadium as an away fan.
Just don’t show up to drunk and stay away from the younger guys.
Also heads up to all, most times there is problems with away fans here it’s usually done by groups of young teens and the night before the game or after the games around the centre,McDonalds, kebab shops etc…
Some Irish pubs are almost always targeted.
Keep your wits about you, look out for each other and don’t sit out in beer gardens late at night if you are in small groups.

I find I need the toilet more often than the average person whenever James Milner is selected to play at left back but as I shan’t be travelling to Rome you needn’t worry.

I hope your travel service is a big success
