Pritchard has just been released by Championship strugglers Huddersfield. Lol.

From the moment Piltchard chose Norwich and subsequently never put a foot right, through to today (and beyond) is quite probably the longest and most consistent period of time for which football has given me joy.

No downs
No rollercoaster of emotions.
No blips.
No peaks and troughs.

Nothing, nothing but smiles every single time his name gets mentioned - which is nice...

... for me, I guess less so for him.

I wonder if he ever considers what might have been if he’s not responded to that phone call while on his way to Lancing in 2016?

All he’s done in the last 5 years is cost Norwich and Huddersfield a load of cash while they both struggled while he was in their squad.

Apart from when he scored twice to deny us the championship perhaps?

We were already promoted - Pilchard was destined for yet more Championship football.

As said even when he wins against us, he still managed to lose.

Relegated from the Premier league with Norwich, then moved to Huddersfield to get relegated them.

Couldn't happen to a better footballer.

He only ever played Championship football for Norwich. They didn’t get their act together and get promoted until he’d left for Huddersfield.

I wonder if his charming girlfriend is still with him?
I remember her meltdown after our 5-0 Norwich game, outside the Esst Stand.

Nice girl, with an interesting turn of phrase.

I get it, but he was a bit greedy and no doubt badly advised. A young kid got it wrong. Who hasn't made the wrong occasionally.

We all make mistakes, yes.

We don't all gloat and gesticulate as he did that evening at Carrow Road. A little humility would not have gone amiss. Even in his post-match I see he acted like a bit of a prat.
