Have a HP 7612 printer that prints A3 and A4.

However, the A3 option has disappeared so cannot print same.

Any ideas as to reason for this.

Working ok on A4 and have removed and reinstalled printer but no luck.

Tried all HP forums etc. but no further forward.

I know when the printer in work "lost" A3 paper option, it turned out there was a slight misalignment with the draw caused by a paper jam. Is that a possibility? If the A3 paper is in the drawer, try removing the drawer and checking for any scraps of paper.

Although not the same model as yours, I had endless problems with my HP1610 printer/scanner which turned out to be caused by leaving books, files, paper and so on on top of the machine after putting the item to be copied on the faceplate. If you're doing this try taking them all off and rebooting the thing sans books, files etc
