More wild and inaccurate inferences about me and my life.

Bushy, you live somewhere you dont want to live. You dont have access to your kids as much as you want. Your cousin is kipping on a mate's floor. It seems to me that you and your family are the losers, not me.
I live somewhere I don't want to live as a matter of expediency to facilitate easier access to canary wharf where I have a highly paid job as a futures broker, you live somwhere you don't want to live ie england instead of germany because they have a surfeit of spunk moppers in one man porn booths and thus you'd be unemployed, I have as much access to my kids as is humanly possible given the circumstances, it seems to me that you're the one thrashing around like a drowning man making wildly unsubstantiated allegations.

Got no strong views one way or another. She obviously meant nothing to me personally but it was sad that two young lads lost their mum - and I'd feel the same if it were the royal family or a crackhead slag on a council estate. On the other hand the circus that surrounded her when she was alive was nasueating and all the grief and emotional outpouring when she died was frankly embarrasing.

I just hope the next time a Royal dies they don't shut the pubs on the day of the funeral as a 'mark of respect'. That REALLY pissed me off.

All of the comments I made are backed up by your recent postings so I'm not 'thrashing around'.

Besides, you've pretty much backed up my comments with the contents of this post. How can I be making unsubstantiated allegations when you have just given me the reasons for all my points I raised about you. Logic is not your strong point is it?

your insinuation is that I live where I live because I can't afford to move where I'd like to be, whereas in reality it because its for easier access to my job, logic really isn't your strongpoint is it ?

Neither of the above.

She was no better and no worse than the rest of them. I just object to her being singled out for a sainthood that she doesn't deserve.

Just skimming over this very silly thread;

I am sure she did not request or desire that anyone single her out.
She used her lofty position, once she found herself farcically hoisted there, to give attention to the hard done by.
It's her position that she used, and she has not been found deliberate in seeking attention for her own self-aggrandizement (as far as I can tell).

Let the dead bury the dead. It is written, and I do suspect that it is for this kind of opinionating that 'it' is written for.

Respect the dead woman or keep schtum, people.

no they're not, I've never mentioned access to my kids, sure I've said I'd much rather live in brighton, but you've mentioned you'd rather live in germany so were quits there .

Never mentioned access to your kids?

On 02-07-2009 at 10:30 in the 'Time for a RANT!! thread you posted "the option to do nip round to see them was always there if i got home early enough, now thats no longer possible and the physical distance is greater makes it a bit of a choker to be honest."

Brighton factually.....
Think where your taxes go on ALL the Royals.

Diana may have been a beneficiary, but it seems to me she was working for good causes. For that reason, I begrudge her her wages far less than the nob-end she married.

I know, and im not saying anymore on the subject.

I'm with Lord B here, while it's obviously sad for her family that she died at whatever age she was, it has absolutely no impact on the lives of the vast majority of us, and the grief-fest that followed her death was a national embarrassment.

To say she's some kind of saint simply because she worked for a bunch of charities is ludicrous- there are countless people who work, free of charge, for charities every single day of the week, who don't get a two mile carpet of petrol station flowers and the Franklin Mint making porcelain likenesses of them when they expire.

And secondly- as an educationally challenged pseudo-royal Sloane from an already privileged background, she had chuff all else to do with her time other than go to the gym (tipping off the press first), attend a few pop concerts (tipping off the press first), nip into town for some shopping (tipping off....etc) and go out for dinner with assorted suitably upper-class men (you know what's next). She wasn't ever going to get a job...so what else would she do with herself apart from charitable stuff?

The Queen's in her 80s and still opens school halls and spinal injury clinics each week. Princess Anne (when not haruumpphing around the countryside in her Range Rover accumulating speeding tickets) also puts in the hours for voluntary organisations and good causes, so why is Diana viewed any differently?

Again, I don't suggest it was a good thing she died, merely that the fuss made over it was grotesquely out of proportion to the impact of her death.

Exactly

that goes without saying, anyone is going to realise that a 50 mile distance is going to make it harder to see them , you deliberately used the word ACCESS to make it look like I'm in some sort of battle with my ex wife as to when I can and can't see my kids, another lame attempt at twisting the story from you.

How did we pay her exactly? I seem to recall she was Daughter of Earl Spencer and they had their own money.

She was on the civil list and the beneficiary of our taxes.

If not for self-promotion, why then did she invite tabloid editors to lunch?
