I was out for dinner last night so had to make a speedy exit, unfortunately. I am amazed to find I feel pretty much fine this morning, well so long as I sit carefully...

Hey everyone

Here's our route - with some paces. I forgot to start the recording again in about 3 places - so we're down about 2.5 miles and about 150 ft of climb. Notice the lap of the withdean track and also the attempt to get through the locked gate on the route up to the Amex!
