Don't get caught up in polls. Even if "the majority" support Trump it doesn't make him any less of a c u n t. The majority of people are ****ing idiots. Just look at the leave voters on here. To a man, thick as pigshit.

Very eloquent. I'm looking forward to the state visit of Trump just to see the liberals wet themselves again.

Ah, the restrained voice of progressive liberalism. You have to admire her commitment to free speech and democracy.............

Oh dear, these people really do sound silly. When we get videos like this, and we see one protestor in London carrying a placard which reads "Trump you fat c**t" they lose more and more support.

Me too, excellent, although i felt compelled to (for reference) dump it in the name calling point scoring thread for good measure.

The language is pretty disgusting, and when people carry on like this they lose more support.

Trump will hate the courts even more, now his appeal has been turned down. Perhaps he may learn that even the president isn't above the law.

I'm not so sure he will, I have not been very close to story but on first blush this appears to be judges interpreting "laws" where foreign nationals are bestowed with the rights that apply within a national state.

It's seems like this case is similar to those here where UK judges (or EU judges) prevent the deportation of foreign undesirables/criminals etc.

In all these cases I dare that the judges can make a legitimate legal case for their view however that is not how it will play out to the electorate..........which less we forget has already voted for Trump.

For those who voted for Trump these judges are part of the establishment they already despise..........enemies of the people if you will. This may be a battle won, my money would be on Trump to win the war.

maybe you should look deeper. this isnt just a single judge but many across different states and now a appeal court has upheld that the order is unlawful. its nothing like judges preventing deportation, this is an order that runs contrary to an existing law. the people entering have visas, therefore have been vetted, but this order says they are retrospectivly banned.

as for the views of his electorate, i dare say they will back him and some will rile against the judges. however the judges are not the establishment they were against, it was the politicans and large corporates (both inside the Trump tent) they despise, not the application of the law or their fetted constitution, so he'll be losing support from many. i think he's also playing a very fine line on the praise for Putin. theres a group in US that admire the strength and non-liberal approach of Putin, but at the end of the day he is a Ruskie to them. that support would melt away if Trump was seen to be supporting Putin against US interests, and Putin will sooner or later try to test level of support he has.

How to completely mix up the branches of government and law enforcement in one tweet!

Very concerning that the president of the US has such a lack of basic understanding of separation of powers.

The worrying thing is he, nor his close friends and family, seem to be embarrassed by his own confused tweets which show all the signs of a psychopath.

whats really worrying is that no one has taken his twitter account away. he will escalate something beyond control one day because there's no political or diplomatic firewall between him and the world.

Exactly, you would think someone from the white house legal team would be at the very least vetting them!

Also, how can he think its OK to publicly question the legitimacy of a judge (by calling him a so-called judge) who was nominated by a president and confirmed by the senate!

I wonder what the odds are for "shot or impeached within 12 months" are?
