It is normally presented at a teams last home game. Swansea had to wait as Leeds were still legally challenging their 15 point deduction, which was over-ruled in the week leading up to our match with Swansea.

I asked at the club shop today and they said Huddersfield. Annoyingly I cannot get to the first bit of the game, but I can make the last 20-30 mins. The presentation will be after the game, so phew!
