Well it moves in line with interest rates generally so the rationale for holding PSBs doesn't really change.............average cash ISA rate is around 3%

I bought £5000 worth a year ago, and have added £50 every month since. So now have £5600 holding.

11 draws now and so far only 1 prize of £100 in October. Which I think makes a below average return so far?

Will continue in the hope that one day I might win a larger prize. If a £100 holder can win a £1m prize... the dream continues.
